Founded in 1996, the Moanin' Blacksnakes have been a fixture in the Las Vegas Music scene for more than 25 years. Voted Best Blues Band in Vegas, multiple years. The Moanin' Blacksnakes are a hard-driving blues band that packs a punch. You never know who will show up to play with them on any given night - luminaries, such as, Rock and RollHall of Famer Dave Mason, two-time Grammy award winning singer Dee Dee Bridgewater, guitar legend, Jeff Healy, as well as many Las vegas performers have sharing the stage with the Moanin' Blacksnakes regularly.
Scott Rhiner is the leader of the Moanin' Blacksnakes and has been a mainstay in the Ls Vegas blues rock scene since the late eighties. Scott is one of the most recognizeabe and respected blues/rock guitarist in the Las Vegas local scene.
